You will notice you have a lot of land to buy around the park, however go up to the very top right hand corner of the screen. You will find that you have a few small patches of land you can buy. Buy them and turn the camera angle the correct angle and you will notice that the land you have bought spells out "C S", which are the initials of Chris Sawyer, the man who originated Roller Coaster Tycoon. Hint: Floating supports: Raise the elevation of the land and build a structure such as an ice cream, pizza, or drink stall. Then lower the elevation and place another stall in the same location. The game will make the supports float. Hint: Drown a guest: Dig a big hole and fill it with water. Build a elevated path over the water. Demolish the path and the guests will drown. Hint: Pop balloons: Build a balloon stand and wait until someone lets go of a balloon. It will pop when you click on it. Hint: Keeping visitors in: When playing a scenario with a goal of getting a certain amount of people in your park, place a sign facing away from all the park entrances/exits so nobody leaves your park. Make sure that you do not point them at the entrances to prevent people from getting in your park. Hint: Keep visitors happy: Change colors and the names of rides/stalls to make people more happy. Hint: More money from guest: Pause game play when there is a person on the road to your park. Check how much money that person has. Make the admission to your park $10.00 less than that amount. Rename the guest "Melanie Warn" to make him very happy. Resume the game and the guest will pay the admission most of the time. Hint: Change ride settings without losing guests: Pause game play. Click on the ride to which the changes are to be made. Close the ride. Make the necessary changes and open the ride again. Then. Resume game play. This will keep guests from leaving your lines when making changes. Note: This will make anyone on the ride get off if the car types or launch modes are changed. Hint: Disappearing guests: Build a mountain and put a guest on top. Keep making it go up, then down. In a few seconds, the guest will be falling. Hint: Flying guests: Click on the guest and when they swing back, hold the Right Mouse Button. Hint: Killing guests: Build a large path over a body of water. Put a "No Entry" sign at the entrance so people can enter but cannot exit. When you are satisfied with the amount of people in your watertop enclosure, promptly delete the path and the death count will rise while your park rating falls. Hint: Follow the leader exit: When your park is thriving, put up a "no entry" banner in front of the exit. A vast amount of guests who want to leave will not be able to, and will hang around by the exit. Note: Your park rating will drop. When you remove the banner, the crowd will stream out like lemmings. Hint: Increase park rating: Find all of the guests who are not happy and want to go home -- the sad people do not count. Take the angry people and drown them. Eventually your park rating will go up 100 to 200 points. Hint: Decrease park rating: Placing a "Do Not Enter" sign at the entrance of your park will drop your park rating. Hint: Slow motion: Hold the Right Mouse Button during game play after getting over 300 guests. The game will slow down as long as the button is held. Hint: Keeping rides popular: If you see that one of the rides has become unpopular, just shut it down and restart it again. The ride will be at a perfect 100% popularity. Hint: Avoid ride crash: When you know a coaster is going to crash, pause game play, press the "Close Attraction" button to remove the trains from the track, then reopen the game. Resume the game and they will be saved from a horrible death. Also, you will get some entrance money from the new people entering the ride. Hint: Cheap grass care: Instead of hiring handymen for $35 a month, click on the "Raise And Lower Ground" tool. Then, click on patches of grass that have weeds. The patch will change back to new grass. Glitch: Drowning in mid-air: Build a section or two of water, pick up a person, and drop him in the water. He will begin to drown. Lower the water back to land, and will see a half person drowning in mid-air that still is asking for help. Glitch: Stuck underground: When building a path underground, switch to the underground view. Press the Right Mouse Button on the path. If people are on the path, they will be stuck underground. Glitch: Floating boat: Build a boat higher in water. While guests are on the ride, remove the water. The boats will be floating in mid-air.
